Lifelong Strength 1 (60 mins)

A progressive strength training session designed for those familiar with the basics and ready to continue building strength with purpose. Classes follow a structured approach, using written tracking to support steady, measurable strength gains over time.

Sessions focus on functional strength, core stability, and refined technique, helping improve posture and movement confidence. Each class includes a guided mobility warm-up and a stretching cool-down, delivered in a supportive, coaching-led environment.

Lifelong Strength 2 (60 mins)

 Ideal for beginners, those returning to training, or anyone wanting to progress at a comfortable, steady pace. This class introduces fundamental strength movements with a strong emphasis on proper form, safety, and gradual progression.

Written tracking is used to help participants monitor improvements and build strength consistently. 

Every session includes a mobility-focused warm-up and a stretching cool-down to support strength, stability, recovery, and long-term fitness.

Chair Fitness (45 mins)

A low-impact, strength-focused session using chair support to safely build and maintain strength, mobility, and balance. Classes incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to improve muscular strength, coordination and everyday functional movement.

Each session includes a gentle mobility warm-up and a stretching cool-down. Exercises are adaptable and coached to suit all abilities and fitness levels, with an emphasis on proper technique, gradual progression, and building confidence through strength.
