CIasses run in school-term blocks, but if there’s space, you can start mid-term. Sign up early – spaces fill up quickly!
Absolutely! Classes use proven strength and functional training techniques. Attend consistently, put in the effort, and combine with healthy habits – you’ll notice improvements in strength, mobility, and confidence.
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
Barefoot-friendly footwear (classes are generally done barefoot)
A water bottle
Optional: A workout towel

Classes are strength and resistance training-based and are suitable for individuals without medical conditions or injuries that may affect exercise.
If you’re returning to training after a time away or have any concerns, we recommend speaking with your GP before starting.

Payments are via direct bank deposit and must be made before your first class.
Cancel at least 7 days before the term starts for a full refund. You can also transfer your spot to someone else if you can’t attend.
Text me to let me know – this frees up your spot for someone else.
Yes! You may join another class that week or the following week, subject to availibility.
To keep classes small, structured, and affordable, bookings are taken on a term basis. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered for partial-term cancellations - but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else.
